We want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if a fit isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned clothing must have original tags attached and be in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place the items in the original Box For Kids packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we will notify you via email as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
